We are excited to have you as a guest at The Lodge. Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. The safety and enjoyment of all our guests is our top priority. Because of this, we ask that you please review The Lodge Rules carefully before booking and complete the necessary release form and other event policies.
Reservations: All Eclipse 2024 reservations include 4 nights and 4 days stay. Reservations are from 12:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, through 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 9. If you would like to adjust your stay to add an additional day, please contact us for availability.
Check-in: All occupants must register with the Check-In Area at The Lodge. Those camping will receive their camping assignment and armbands. Campsites are assigned at arrival. All fees are due at the time of booking. Those staying in lodging accommodations must also register with the Check-In Area to receive lodging instructions and armbands. All fees are due at the time of booking.
Waiver: A signed waiver for each member of your party will be required for admittance. This waiver is available at the time of checkout. In order to reserve your spot at The Lodge, the principal party (18 years of age or older) must read, acknowledge, and sign the waiver and release of liability form below. All other adult members of your party must also sign the release. Parents &/or guardians will need to sign for members under 18 years old. No one will be admitted to The Lodge property without a pre-registered release form on record.
Vehicles: One vehicle is permitted per registered campsite. If you have an interest in RV camping, please contact us to see if additional accommodations are available. Those staying in lodging accommodations will be allowed up to four additional vehicles. We ask that you please let us know the make, model, and year of these vehicles on the pre-registration form or at the time of check-in.
Speed Limit: The speed limit in the camping and Lodge area is 10 mph. We ask that you also please respect and obey Indiana traffic laws.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Be be respectful of others in the campground.
Trash Bins: Campsites must be kept clear of trash. Trash bin locations will be provided upon Check In. There will be one trash pick-up time daily.
Restrooms: There will be porta-potties and handwashing stations located throughout the campground.
Campfires: Campfires are prohibited at individual campsites. The Lodge will provide a community campfire spot onsite, weather permitting. Self-contained BBQ grills using propane or charcoal are allowed. Please make sure to be aware of your surroundings and keep oversight over any BBQ grills.
Glass Containers: No glass beverage containers of any kind are permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic, or aluminum. (This is to protect the camp area and farm fields from any broken glass.)
Lost or Stolen Items: The Lodge shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items of personal property.
Ponds & Creeks: No swimming in ponds or creeks on the property.
Food and Drink: Those staying on the property are allowed to bring their own food, drinks, and coolers to the event. Food and drink sales are strictly prohibited without prior approved vendor application.
Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.
Campsite Privacy: Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites.
Conduct: No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, or engage in violent behavior. You will be asked to leave the campground premises immediately.
Pets: We welcome pets to The Lodge and campgrounds, but they MUST be kept on a leash. During pre-registration or check-in, please let us know if you have a pet with you.
Property Damage: Any guest who willfully or negligently destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property's repair or replacement.
RV's: RV's must be fully self-contained. Primitive camping reservations are for primitive camping only. If you need RV accommodations, please contact us directly to see availability.
Golf Carts: Golf carts are welcome and encouraged for a country cruise within the campground and to explore our rural community. Any person operating a golf cart must do so in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and Jennings County.
Photography: Photography is permitted and encouraged on the property. For those seeking professional photography opportunities, please contact us directly to discuss optimal viewing areas.
Drones: For those interested in drone photography, please contact us directly.
Transfers: Reservations can be transferred to another individual up to March 25, 2024. Only registered guests will be allowed to occupy campsites. A $100.00 transfer fee will be required at the time of transfer.
Refunds: Refund requests made prior to 30 days or more from the first day of the Lodge Eclipse event to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds for any reason after this date. This includes no refunds for weather, any acts of God, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, regardless of circumstances. Contact via email to scipiolodge@gmail.com to begin the process.
Rule Changes: Rules and regulations may change at any time without prior notice. A list of possible changes will be posted at the time of arrival.
Any guests who violate these rules will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
